How to recover fb password?

How to recover fb password?
I tried several times to recover my password but when I tried, FB me on my mobile to send password reset code.
But once an account has been created with my own name after it entered. I've done it twice
I opened two accounts. Two additional accounts tried but failed to disable.
Help me and guide me to recover my old account and dlt 2 additional accounts.
